Hi staff, I registered a HelioHost account several days ago, but have never been able to visit the actual webpage. When I go to http://rhapsodia.heliohost.org/ Chrome reports "could not connect", Firefox reports "connection timeout". The Stevie username is "rhapsodi" (minus the 'a'). I wonder what is causing this problem... Thanks in advance.
