hi everyone, i received yesterday a mail saying that i may have violated the terms of service because: ● Multiple family members creating an account from the same internet connection. ● Logging in from a school internet connection where another student also has an account. ● Logging in from a work internet connection where a coworker also has an account. ● Maintaining an account for someone else. can you give me more information about it? i connect only from home. i have had only one account for years and it is barely used lol. i live alone so nobody could have created an account or use my connection to create an account. and i am not obviously maintaining an account for someone else. can you please confirm that i have no issue with my account? thanks!

yup, i used the domain as advised in the plesk manual mail clients configuration. i changed it to tommy and it's working fine now. btw, is there an issue with roundcube? i get 504 gateway time out since this morning. thanks for the help!

is there an issue connecting to the smtp server with gmail? i cant login on port 465, either with SSL nor TLS.

thank you very much, you're awesome. last time my account was suspended, it was because I made it transfer every mail I was receiving on the main domain mail to my gmail account. if I'm not wrong, krydos told me that the limit was 50 mails a day. did that change? is there a work-around so I don't have to check the mail on the heliohost webmail?

hi guys, 1. I've been using Spybot for years now. since we moved to Plesk, I have had a few login issues but didn't really care about it until recently. Anyway, I've just found out that spybot is blocking these IPs through Windows firewall: 59.36.96.132, 61.129.75.124, 64.28.184.5, 64.124.222.176, 65.19.154.90, 65.75.151.192, 66.117.14.138, 66.230.138.44, 66.230.175.129, 66.250.74.150, 69.31.131.82, 69.50.171.122, 81.95.146.147, 82.98.235.61, 85.249.22.240, 85.255.117.157, 85.255.117.243, 193.125.201.50, 205.209.152.121, 206.161.124.98, 206.161.207.102, 207.226.162.34, 207.226.164.171, 207.226.164.195, 208.64.26.150, 209.66.122.203, 213.21.215.186, 213.131.225.2, 216.65.3.68, 216.152.240.10, 216.152.240.13, 216.152.240.14, 216.195.44.106, 216.255.179.234, 221.130.176.199, 222.208.183.14 When I disable that Spybot IP Immunization Rule in Windows firewall, I can connect without issues to Plesk. Does anyone know which of these IPs is linked to heliohost? 2. is it possible to delete some of the old topics I created in the forum? thanks!

i am on opera 95.0.4635.90. i've been using this browser for years for my professional emails and for heliohost. it does not work on https://heliohost.org and https://heliohost.org/login for the first time I've just tried to log in on my android phone with google chrome on my usual provider and firefox on my mobile provider. both do not work either. -
