FTP or Cpanel was not available for me at that time to clear the malware. Still the website is suspended. I tried clearing the cache but no luck.

I have scanned the files using Avast IS 7 and it gave 7 positive results. Removed the 7 files from server. If you could help me with the 8th infected file, that would be really helpful

I was very happy with your service until now and I have recommended people to go for Helihost for their hosting needs. My website is just a low traffic one.. which has less than 20 members.
