It seems to me that Johnny needs a CPU and Memory Upgrade in order to keep it running smoothy. Heliohost should think about turning Johnny in to a Physical Rack Server.

To be honest I would like to take a look at the servers to see how they are connected and to see if the servers are updated and maintenanced.

I have been a user of Heliohost for a over two years now, and I am wondering what is going to happen to heliohost now that its servers are overload or are starting to overload,and that the admin of the site hasn't been working on the site for about a good 2 months now. Is there some money issues or something? Is heliohost going to continue? What's wrong?

Why is stevie cpanel 11.30.5 (build 3) more up to date than johnny cpanel 11.30.2 (build 1)? I am asking becuase cPanel provides updates for MYSQL, phpmyadmin, etc. so since cpanel provides updates for these things why not keep both servers updated? Now, here's another question I get stevie, charlie, and johnny but what is cody for?

I was wondering does johnny support sftp? And if so then will it be better connection to my site?

yeah it does give an opition for WebDAV, but last time I tried connectiong through WebDAV it said "cannot display server folder" and a few other things.

Oh sorry, I meant to say it keeps on saying Operation Timed Out, every time I sync with the server. Got any advise for me? Oh yeah, and I was wondering does heliohost plan to use IPv6 for their servers, and if they do will they inform anyone? I also notice a mistake on the heliohost website, that it says all servers use php verision 5.3.1; I use johnny and stevie and they both say php version 5.3.8 not 5.3.1. Also do they plan to upgrade to the php 5.4 at anytime soon or do we have to wait? Sorry just got a lot of questions.

wow, that was really informative. Okay here's an other question dreamweaver keeps on disconnecting me and saying incorrect port number or ftp address, and I doubt it's the ftp address, so what port number does the the server johnny use?

Hey I got a website on the server johnny and every time I try to sync my data with the server to update the site, dreamweaver keeps on disconnecting me and sayying parameter is invaild, so I was wondering is it the way I am connectiong to the server or just a problem on my site.

Here are a few questions I have about connectiong to the server. (I connect through ftp)

1.) Should Passive FTP be checked?

2.) Does the server use a IPV6 Transfer Mode?

3.) Should Alternative FTP move method be checked?

4.) Do I select the server as remote and testing?

5.) Is there a better way to connect to the server than FTP?

Thanks, for the help, turn's out it was my .htaccess file, so I fixed the problem now I can get into my site just fine now.

No it hasn't. The nameserver just got blocked so I have to wait for it to get unblocked so I can get access to my server again.

I use two different programs frontpage 2003 and dreamweaver cs5.5

Hey I got a question I have been with heliohost for a little over a year now and I have been making improvements to my site over the last year, but here's my problem everytime I try to access my site on a web browser it is 500 Internal Server Error. So what happened did I do something or is it that heliohost just doesn't support co.cc anymore? I have been doing some research and I checked everything on my site webpages, programming, and I even made sure my dns was renewed and that nothing was wrong and there wasn't, so I don't understand did heliohost swicth from co.cc to cu.cc or what? (I don't really like cu.cc cause it is more diffcult to us but still I would understand if I was given a good reason why so back to the main question; Does Heliohost not support co.cc anymore or did I mess up?
