Should I login again so you can see? -

[Solved] Login reminder (2FA breaks activity tracking)
DmC replied to DmC's topic in Escalated Requests
Hey @wolstech I just logged in. Can you see it? PS: I wonder if it's the 2 way authentication that messes with login record. -
Hello people, Again I just received an email todsy for login reminder. I've literally login to my account using helionet.org!/login yesterday. Hopefully I won't get suspended. Deny@tommy

Krydos I'm pretty sure it did as you would have been spammed by messages if that was wide. I'm also sure that I've logged in too though and I just opened this thread in case there's a non always reproducible bug.

I've copied the wrong link when I was writing the post yesterday as I've mistaken entered the second email saying that my account has been discontinued. The rest of the story is correct.

A few days ago I've received an email from heliohost regarding account renewal. I've followed the login link right away and logged in successfully to my account. I've used the link provided by the email to login https://www.heliohost.org/renew/ Yet today my account was suspected for being inactive. I've managed to unsuspend the account myself but you might take a look at the login monitor as it didn't counted my login. deny @ tommy

Hello I've seen on the News section that you gave away the double storage for donors. I didn't got mine though. I've manually donated a day after it was closed on the fund website. I've mentioned it on the related gofund topic. It's deny @ tommy Thanks

[Solved] Remove DNS record for guitar-resources.ga, please?

Has anyone told you that you're awesome today? If not, lemme be the first. ;-) Thanks. They're always awesome xD -
Hey there How about modifying your robots.txt to exclude from search engines the Support section and all it's sub forums? Users are publishing emails and personal data very often and that move will help their privacy. It's a simple line with a major result

Correct. Mail sometimes uses 65.19.143.6 by default... Thank you wolstech @Krydos, when you do this, a PTR record pointing @ my main domain will be highly appreciated

Hello, I've sent a paypal payment for a dedicated IP on Tommy plus an amount for donation: 8YK71084DF715443V Deny@tommy PS: I've seen another recent topic that it defaults the external mail through the generic server IP. Could you please make sure the dedicated IP is used for external mail, just in case?

They're not. We do install the Centos updates though. If we installed the cpanel uplates as they intended, this service wouldn't function. Cpanel is only meant to handle a few hundred accounts per server. We've customized it to the extent that got 10,000 accounts out of 10 year old hardware...(Johnny), and it's actually stable, provided someone is not abusing the service. Cpanel's own support has even recognized us as one of their most extreme use cases for what we've managed to do with it. Based on their design guidelines, we should have about 20 servers (they recommend about 400 accounts/server). We have 3. I was stupid enough to wipe my mobile right after enabling 2factor without first creating backup. Is possible to remove it for me wolstech? deny @ tommy

Edit: I can't see it under "password & security" It has its own page under Security on the cpanel home page. It's right near the SSL options. I saw It. Thanks Well we're getting really off-topic here but I can't resist to ask. If cpanel is not getting updated, how security patches are applied for it? I mean cpanel has access throughout the whole system should't it be always patched?

Hello again xD I was reading a bit on cPanel documentation: https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/68Docs/Two-Factor+Authentication+for+cPanel You may consider enable it for us as it provides a strong security layer
