  1. Memory: Used for holding data until you save it, or other apps and the OS. Close background programs and increase page files to free this.

Hard Disk: Used to hold your files when you save them. Delete old programs and files if you want more space.

It's a common mistype, so I put both of them up.

  2. Sadly. I bought a PS2 recently just so I could continue on the home versions of DDR - I spend hours running through SuperNOVA's mission mode as of now. It's gonna take me bloody forever, but it's fun and good for me.

Although I must admit, Guitar Hero was a neat game, it'll only burn you as much calories as Beatmania or the likes.

  3. Developers are who is going to need 50GB of space as games get bigger and more complex.

The ones that are put effort into, anyways. >_>

Still, we're talking about right NOW. We don't need 50GBs of space for a game... yet. By then we may have new consoles.

  4. You also get a Blu-Ray player, wireless internet, and a much better (questionable) system.

If you bought the HD-DVD player and wireless adapter for 360 it would be $200. And the HD-DVD player cant even play games. Also Blu-Ray has a better quality over HD-DVDs

Fix'd to show everything I need in a gaming console. Kai, thanks.

  5. Although I'll give this topic a meaning.

I've been looking at the PS3, and I'm still wondering why the thing is so much, even after the price drop. If it's the Blu-ray player, is it THAT important? If I want to play Blu-ray Discs, I'll go get a seperate player and save my money (because Blu-ray is silly, IMO). Sony's STILL losing money, I believe, on each PS3 (prove me wrong if you can, it's just what I heard).

If anyone has a PS3 or has played one at a friends for an extended time (and I'm not talking demo systems at the nearest gaming store), any opinions would be much appreciated. I'd like to know the pros and cons of one, aside the price.
