Hi MoneyBroz, seems like I messed up with CNAME (I am new to this stuff). It's likely I have to add an A record pointing to Heliohost IP. Can you please remove those two subdomain simrsmp.buyut.heliohost.us and momcare.buyut.heliohost.us and add buyut.andantekno.id instead? I really appreciate your help, but if you can't, it's fine. Username : jokorivai Host type: Tommy, 2GB Current Heliohost subdomain: buyut.heliohost.us As I have my own TLD (andantekno.id), I would like to create two subdomin here on Heliohost (Tommy, 2GB) simrsmp.buyut.heliohost.us momcare.buyut.heliohost.us * I currently have no idea what additional subdomain means: subdomain.buyut.heliohost.us or another subdomain.heliohost.us? And also add CNAME records on My Domain registrar pointing to them, as follows: [simrsmp.andantekno.id] pointing to [simrsmp.buyut.heliohost.us] [momcare.andantekno.id] pointing to [momcare.buyut.heliohost.us] Is that possible? If so, please help me with the subdomain creation. I really appreciate any help. Thank you.
