Thanks for your reply MoneyBroz. What should / can I do: wait for the end of the maintenance or there is a fix? Even the mail box is not working anymore.

I can't access my website since 2 weeks. It has activated status on my dashboard but nothing is displayed when I try to open it like the website doesn't exist anymore.

I have a full website created with AI in a small local file (around 8mb). I want to use it for my website on heliohost without using templates. I tried to put all the files on the root (httpdocs) after unzip but nothing happen. How should I proceed?
