Hi, Newbie here, but how do I add an AAAA record to my DNS, is there an option for IPv6 hosting available here? I checked an online DNS Lookup tool and the IPv6 DNS entry lists a different owner for the same domain that I am hosting on your servers. **Updated : The lookup was faulty, my apologies, cross-checked from another source and I am ok now.

Hi I tried installing joomla on my domain paul70.helioho.st and it didn't work out. Now I am stuck with a database 'paul70_joom770' and associated files in my home directory, there is no 'uninstall' option. I did try and consult wiki as well as other websites but did not get any fix on this issue. That was a month back, my account went cold and has been reactivated. Hope to fix this issue so that I can move ahead.

I can't figure out how to activate the default domain provided by yourself ? paul70.heliohost.st ? My username is paul70. Pings to the aforesaid domain fail and mails sent to an email account on the above domain are also bouncing.

I would like to add my own domain britchadashah.online in addition to the domain I already have on your servers.
