    You were right, it's the laptop that was compromised. Hence the hack on Wordpress which got the account suspended. I removed the Wordpress sites but the account kept sending emails, Turns out the laptop had been compromised and that's how they kept getting in. I have bought a new laptop purely for work (old laptop was shared by family). It's running the latest Windows 11 and Kaspersky Anti virus I have also instituted a policy for changing email passwords at least once per month Also, I will be logging in to check the email logs daily (Is there a way this can be automated?) I believe these changes will ensure my account is never running afoul again. Let me know if there's anything more I can do to secure my account

    Was trying to back up my Wordpress sites so that I can remove them and it went over the limit. I've been having problems with wordpress being hacked and I wanted to remove the wordpress installations in my account

    I've been having issues with my account (sending too many emails, running out of compute etc) and I just found a html file in my account with the following content. Anyone know what this is or what it's about? Does this mean my account is compromised? Is it a warning? A threat? A taunt?     Im getting the following error on an email account and not sure how to resolve it. Please help. I get the error for "Warning: The limit on outgoing messages for an email address (10) cannot be greater than the limit for a subscription (0)." When editing an email account Outgoing mail control show: " Current limit 0 messages per hour " and no option of changing it on that subscription. Please help
