  1. I have a question about the account deletion page. My sister is planning on doing an article on her blog about helio host, and I was going to help her with it going over the history of helio host and it's features over the years as I've used the service before, and she hasn't, and the one feature I pointed out to her for the article was the ability to delete your own account yourself, but I wanted to have her add that when you use that, and you want to come back later, you can simply use the login page and you can recreate your account. I was wondering if someone could tell me if that is correct information, if they use the button to recreate there account will it use the same info and server they were on orriginally, and, if there is a way yet for them to have there info completely deleted if they know they don't want the ability to recreate there account again, meaning they will have to go through the sign up process again. Hope you can help me with this, and, as soon as my sister writes the article on her blog, I'm not sure when that will be yet as she is going to be having a baby soon, but when she does, I'll send the link if you'd like.
  2. I'm not sure where this post should go, but I had a suggestion. For the account deletion feature, when someone deletes there account, I noticed when I had an account before my wife's passing recently, my email address was still in the system, which is now removed from a previous request by email, maybe something could be added where there email address is erased when the account is deleted, or if you go to eliohost.org/status for example, it could give you the option to remove your email address there or something. Just a thought, not sure how difficult it would be to do that.
