I understand the policy. Just to clarify, I only created one account on Johnny and did not create anything on Tommy. However, I have another issue—I use Johnny for emails , but sometimes subdomains get automatically disabled. I'd like to prevent this from happening. Could you help me with that?

I use my domain and subdomains for emails and have set johnny.heliohost.org as my MX record. I want to prevent them from being disabled every month. How can I achieve this?

okay, but I’m not using hosting on my domain, but I might need to use it for emails. Will this cause any issues with stopping subdomains? Also, I want to mention that whenever I use the main domain orcagroup.top, it gets disabled frequently with all subdomains
