Hello everybody! First of all, sorry for my english, im not very good (im from Argentina). I have a website hosted here (http://www.pastizales2013.com.ar). When I go to this website I find the message that says "HelioHost Account Queued. Ahoy! You're seeing this page because HelioHost has not gotten about to installing and configuring your account yet". Ok, I admit I have not entered the cpanel in a long time, surely the account its suspended. So I go to this page: http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew for activate the count, i try to reactivate and i get this message: "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error." Its my account deleted? I try to log in the cpanel and i get the message "Login Attempt Failed!". I try to reset password of the cpanel and I do not get a new email. What could be happening? Thanks a lot, Greetings from Argentina
