  1. I have an important e-mail that I need to receive that keeps getting rejected at the server level for failing the DMARC check (specifically "Found DMARC record contained a bad v= value"). I admittedly know next to nothing about DMARC but based on google it looks like really they need to fix their server, however a year after notifying their tech support of the issue I'm having the same problem. Is there anything that can be done on my account to allow me to receive e-mail from one specific domain even if it doesn't pass the DMARC settings? If it helps my understand of the log seems to indicate the DMARC expects <domain>.com and the message in fact comes from email.<domain>.com
  2. It started working again today, I'm not sure exactly when but probably around the time you were checking it. All seems fine now on both webmail and e-mail clients. Thank you for looking into it.
  3. Since Johnny was restored the e-mail is not working on my account (any address, even a newly created one). If I try to sign-in to webmail I get the message "Connection to storage server failed." Attempting to use a mail client results in an unable to connect message.
  4. I need help getting SPF and DKIM set-up on my tessellation.net domain. ID: eeyore211
  5. Please add tessellation.net as a main domain on my account, username eeyore211. Thank you
