Currently on Plesk, you cannot change the domain on your own. However, a Root Admin can. To request a change, you would need to send your username and the domain you want and an admin will change it for you.

If so, it works for me with the HelioHost nameservers pointed:

The reason you probably can't see your website is because of DNS Propagation, which can take up to 48 hours.
To speed up this process, you can try clearing your browser's cache or changing your DNS resolver to something like 1.1.1.1.

HelioHost is currently suffering a DDoS attack, making Tommy go offline for a few hours, hence the Cloudflare 522 error.

Before the Root Admins can enable remote access to your database, they will need the following information:

• Database name and database username
• IP address who will access it (can also be set to allow any)

I am requesting that this topic be escalated.

The attack lasted only about 10 minutes, and Tommy should be back up in an hour.
