I registered yesterday with username 8rdc8r for url eskaysconsulting.com.  I changed the nameservers to the heliohost servers.  I received an email that my account was added to the creation queue with the proper username, password, and url.  Two minutes later I received another email stating that  Heliohost has encountered an error during installation. The error is:   
Sorry you must provide a valid username   
I had encountered an error during registration, but thought that I got it resolved since I received the email that the account was added to the creation queue.  I tried logging on today, and get the message "We're sorry, but we could not find that username in the database.   
Do I need to register again?  I don't want to register again if the account is still just in the queue.
