  1. Thank you, I received the second invitation for moving the existing account to Plesk and accepted it. The "We are now moving your account to Plesk" page said the move would take up to an hour and that I would receive a follow-up e-mail with instructions when the move was completed. After 36 hours and no follow-up e-mail I tried to logging in anyway and the move seems to be done. Thanks again for your help.
  2. Thank you for the response. I did that and still receive the "Not available" message and the "Next" button is disabled.
  3. I received an invitation for Tommy today on an e-mail address that I made a PayPal donation from two years ago. It's not the same e-mail address that my account is registered under, so when I enter my user name (opieantc) after clicking the "Create Tommy Account" link in the e-mail I'm told that it is "Not available." What's the best way to resolve this without posting the two e-mail addresses on the forum?
  4. Must have missed a login or two recently. If you can dust off the opieantc account that would be great. Thank you.
  5. Alright, I just got in during today's sign-up window so I don't need an invite. I sent a donation anyway since I really ought to give HelioHost something after several years. If my name can be fixed on the forum that should get things pretty much back to normal. Thanks again for your help Byron and Krydos.
  6. I'm certainly glad to know the problem wasn't just me. The links have been received and are working. I'm very happy. Thank you very much. I need to go for now, so I'll make a donation for an invite some time tomorrow. Thank you again.
  7. Yes, I may have to contact them. Very strange. Even stranger that the test e-mail from Byron arrived, so they're not blocking heliohost.org altogether. Whitelisting the domain seems to make no difference. I just tried another backup link request, but that didn't work. If you can send a PM with the backup link and sign-up e-mail validation info that would be great. I'll try to sort out the e-mail situation later with GMX if I can. Also, if my ID on the forum can be changed back to not having a 2 at the end that would be great too. I'm guessing there was a reason for that. Thank you very much.
  8. That message showed up in the spam folder, so at least it showed up somewhere. A whitelist entry has been added, but that doesn't explain why the other e-mails didn't show up in any form. Hmm...
  9. Hi. Thank you for responding so quickly. The e-mail provider is GMX. The address is the same one used for registration on this forum. When I said "I also requested whatever was backed up from Stevie" that was done using the URL you provided. Just like with the sign-up request, no e-mail arrives after a backup request is submitted.
  10. Hi. I tried to make a new account since my old one on Stevie is gone. The info from Stevie was: [details removed] I did a sign-up request last night, but didn't receive an e-mail, so I tried again a short while ago. The second time the system reported that I had already tried to sign up. An option was given to send the validation e-mail again, so I chose that, but nothing is showing up. I also requested whatever was backed up from Stevie, but I also didn't receive an e-mail for that. Nothing is getting caught by a spam filter. I checked that right away. I tried doing a password reset on HelioNet and e-mails from that server arrived very quickly. It's just messages from HelioHost that aren't getting through. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thank you
  11. Thank you. For whatever reason, I didn't receive an inactivity notification e-mail like I have when that was the problem before. Thanks again.
  12. My site is showing up as suspended again. I'm guessing it was still automatically re-suspended after 24-hours even though the site showed up as clean when it was checked again. Hopefully this can be fixed. Thank you.
  13. Thank you. Looking up Win.Trojan.Wpbrutebot-2 on Google turns up a number of recent results about this being a false positive problem with some virus definitions released for ClamAV. At least two of the search results are here on this forum (Unisan and Jontron). Jontron's problem was resolved when a new scan was done with newer ClamAV virus definitions. Could you please scan my account again with the updated ClamAV? Thanks again.
  14. Problem resolved, false-positive malware detection by ClamAV.
  15. Thank you, it gave an error when I added it via cPanel but it still added it anyway, and the import went fine. Have a nice rest of the weekend.
  16. I just tried that command and I receive the following message: "DROP DATABASE" statements are disabled The name of the database is [removed]. Thanks. Edit: Problem resolved, removed database info.
  17. I imported an SQL database via phpMyAdmin about two days ago and it still hasn't appeared in MySQL Databases in cPanel. I searched here and saw posts saying to wait 24 hours for it to show up and another post saying databases must be created in cPanel before importing tables (instead of importing the whole database) into phpMyAdmin. I can't drop the database via phpMyAdmin since that seems to be disabled, and I can't delete it via cPanel since it doesn't show up. I tried to rename it via phpMyAdmin so I could then create the database with the desired name via cPanel, however a message showed up indicating the rename couldn't be performed. Next thing I knew both the original database and the renamed one were showing in phpMyAdmin and the renamed one was showing up in cPanel. As before, it was impossible to access the original database via cPanel aside from having it tell me that the database already exists (even though it won't show it) when I try to create it properly. Anyway, if I you can give me a fresh start with the SQL databases I'd appreciate it since fixing this seems to be beyond my control. Thanks for your help. Edit: Problem resolved, removed user/domain information
