  1. Heliohost username: secret

Server: Stevie? (I'm not sure, but the default)

    Main domain: cs75.heliohost.org

I'm not sure why it was suspended, it's a pretty small site and was only used for a (very) small contest.

Anyway, just a request, can I at least be active until August 9? That's the contests' deadline see.

    Thank you.

  2. Wait a minute, it changed. Now my subdomain, is queued. And you said subdomains are queued for 24 hours before being active! Maybe that's the problem? I'll try an wait for 24 hours so that my subdomain is ok.

  3. I would want to do that, but that would mean two databases, unlike a network, which would have the same (and thus would have the same users). I may try again to install a network. It might be possible that Stevie had a huge server load, which gave out a 500 page

  4. Hi! I have a few questions about hosting. I have migrated from another host, which had been taken down, into this host. I have already installed Wordpress.

As anyone of you might, or might not, know, Wordpress has a Network functionality, which pretty much makes you host numerous blogs. I'm only aiming for two, which hopefully won't be that much of a problem to the server. However, after trying, I find that I could not. After reviewing the "installing a network guide" I noticed that there are some rules:

You cannot create a network in the following cases:

"WordPress address (URL)" is different from "Site address (URL)".

"WordPress address (URL)" uses a port number other than ':80', ':443'.

You cannot choose Sub-domain Install in the following cases:

WordPress install is in a directory (not in document root).

    "WordPress address (URL)" is localhost.

"WordPress address (URL)" is IP address such as 127.0.0.1.

You cannot choose Sub-directory Install in the following cases:

If your existing WordPress installation has been set up for more than a month, due to issues with existing permalinks. (This problem will be fixed in a future version. See Switching between subdomains and subfolders for more information.)

I'm going for a sub-domain install. Please help. Here is a link to the guide: Click here! I'm telling you this so that I can rule out if it is not just possible, or I am doing something wrong. If it is not possible, please inform me.

    Thank you!

  5. "We're sorry, but an error was encountered during signup. Please try again later."

?? I guess we can eliminate the IP checker script as the problem. There must be an error in my case. I guess I'm just unlucky. :-( I tried signing up on both servers, but the same message is presented to me.

  6. I have confirmed that no one registered the domain. No one even knows this website besides me. There must have been some kind of mix up. Is it somehow possible to make an exception ,to the one ip one register rule in my case? Because it's not me, and It's not even anyone that use this IP.

    Thanks,

    Secretmapper

PS:Best support I ever had! Thank you very much!

  7. Hello, people. After five weeks of continuous repetition, I simply cannot sign up for hosting. When I try to sign up for Stevie, it says that daily signup has exceeded. (Even when I sign up exactly almost after it resets.) Meanwhile, Johnny always says that there was an error. I tried and tried but simply can't. Please help me. I had another web host, but it was taken down, so I searched for the "best free cpanel host" on google and you guys showed up.

    Thanks,

    Secretmapper
