Hello,
I received an email today stating that my account has been suspended due to inactivity (No, I haven't logged in to the cpanel in a while >.<). Originally, when I clicked the link contained within the email to Renew the account, I would receive the following message: "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error."
Ever since I logged into the cpanel and registered for this forum, when I click on the link in the email, I am now directed to these forums and receive an Error message: "Sorry, that member does not have to validate their account. Please double check the data you entered. If this validation isn't recent, it's possible your old account has been removed."
Was my account removed, or is my account no longer suspended?
