Thanks for the replies. Initially I can't view my website but now I can.

Hi, I also received a warning email from heliohost asking me to renew it by clicking on the link. However, there appears to be a problem as it states that: "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error." I tried logging into my cpanel account and it is possible. Please help me out. Thanks.
