I tried to renew, but got this error: could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive

My website was working, so its not a problem with the registration.

Krydos has a got point in his view but I think I will change my domain, because I already configured wordpress on this domain.

The account aynil (using aynil.co.cc) has been deleted. You should be able to register now.

Just test input.

As you may noted (while reading further) the same error happened again after deleting. I wasnt able to register with this domain and I still cant use it as a parked domain because of the error above.

So I'm just guessing that there is still something misconfigured... *sigh*

I once again tried to register with aynil.co.cc, but the same email was sent about 20 minutes later, saying:

 

Sorry, a DNS entry for aynil.co.cc already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)

 

Now I am trying to register aynil.heliohost.org. If this work, I would like to ask if there is any chance, that you can change the adress later to aynil.co.cc

 

 

So I think your domain has never been deleted,

needs an Admin to delete for you.

Then, you will be able to add it again.

Yeah hope that too. But so far no admin seemed to try to solve this issue....

I tried to use aynil.co.cc as parked domain (don't want to cause more trouble changing the domain).

But I got this error message in cpanel:

Error from park wrapper: aynil.co.cc is owned by another user.

As far as I now there should be no other user. Maybe this domain is still somewhere creeping around in your database ;o)

Can an admin please check?

I now have a working hosting account on stevie with the domain: aynil.heliohost.org

I wonder if the admins can change my default domain.

If not, can you please give me an advise how to setup my co.cc domain to point to the current domain.

It would be nice if the adress of the site in the browser would be the co.cc adress, but if I just redirect the domain it shows "... - Powered by co.cc", which I dislike ;o)

As you see, I tried to register with another username.

Do I have to change something in the domain setup?

Yes I did. But I even got an email, that that the account is registered and will now be installed.

So what should I do next?

I can register with another name, but I need the domain. I'm not sure if I can take the domain...

Yes I know. Because of that I already tried to login from heliohost.org. But if I do this, it says that there is not such username in the database.

So I'm worrying if there is something messed up with the registration.

I was able to register on Stevie.

EDIT:

I registred and got an email, saying that everything will be installed.

But now I get a qued page and can not login via cpanel because the user was not found in the database.

Can you solve this problem?

I'm so far very satisfied with your service, but due to Johnny's instability I wanted to move to Stevie. I requested an acc-deletion as instructed in your wiki-article. But the 48 hours expired and the acc is still suspended and I can't register again because the username is already taken.

I am not using your service for the first time, so I am a bit familiar with setting up a .co.cc domain with your nameservers.

So I thought doing the same thing for my current account and set the domain in the registration progress to:

aynil.de.vu

I did register the domain in the de.vu network and used your nameservers for the setup:

ns1.heliohost.org

ns2.heliohost.org

I waited the 48hours, but still the website doesn't show up.

Strange thing is that I can login to cpanel, so it seemes that the account was created succesfully and working.

Could you please give me some advise how to setup anything properly?
