  1. we've had issues with this extension leaving behind large temp files that quickly fill up /tmp (which when full causes the server to go down).

    ah, that would do it.

It's available on 7.3, but appears to be missing from all other versions.

thats a pity. I prefered using 7.2 and ealier as 7.3's upgrade from PCRE to PCRE2 causes various issues for me, but if this is the only way I suppose Ill have to manage. Thank you for your attention on this matter.

  2. I see. I just find it strange that it worked initially, then all of a sudden, didnt. I was just wondering if there was a recent policy change.

If I have to request it then I suppose PHP 7.2 would be most appropriate for me.

Thank you for looking at this.

  3. Account: hitmaker.heliohost.org

    Server: Tommy

Does this server support imagemagick?  It worked for certain versions of PHP, but it would seem that imagemagick was recently removed as it now invokes an error if I try to utilize it. I can't find any information on any removals or restrictions in the forums or FAQ, only seeing that I must utlize certain versions of PHP to use it. However, all the versions ive tried do not have it.

  4. Alright, so ive tried it with another domain that already had a the nameservers set (vermilion.ga), and did also not ever have redirects. The domain was added successfully, so it seems unfortunately there is a problem on freenoms side, as the other domains do indeed have the correct settings in its interface. Thanks for looking into this so quickly.

  5. Account name: hitmaker

Any attempts to add a domain to the account gives me this error:

Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.

This occurs with any domains I try.

Domains already have the heliohost name servers set (verified with whois lookups), and its been more than 24 hours before i posted this be make sure it wasnt due to an abnormally slow propagation.

  6. I appreciate it, however, there is a development in this story; while one of the domains (shinespark) parks just fine, trying to park the other ("kakure.ga") gives me a new error:

"There was an error when the system attempted to create the alias. Park::park(kakure.ga) failed: (XID d2383k) A DNS entry for “kakure.ga” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed."

    Thanks again for the attention.

  7. Old account (username:okashira) was suspended due to AnonymousFox attack

Made new account (username:murakumo) but cannot add any domains from old acccount

Inquired about this after suspension was dealt in the topic with but felt it appropriate to post for help here. Is it possible to delete the old account entirely or at least disassociate the domains registered to it?

    Thank you for your time.

  8. Indeed, i did see some bug reports on their tracker being closed for baffling reasons, and no resolution being given or even promised, i suppose I have to go back to coding my own CMS

As an aside, i just set up the new account and it seems I cant add the domains used with the compromised account as they "already exist in the Apache configuration.", is there anything I have to do to resolve that?

    Thanks again for the attention.

  9. Ive been monitoring stevie's uptime (via okashira.heliohost.org)for a little more than a week now using two services (service uptime and uptime robot). Serivice uptime reports uptime to be about 93% while uptime robot reports uptime at 100%. However, im inclined to believe the 100% statistic due to the fact that Stevie seems to be suffering through some severe speed issues. Sometimes it takes an upwards of 20 seconds before the webpage starts loading(whats up with that, btw), even timing out at times, but Ive never seen Stevie down as of late, personally.
