Previously i used to get emails notifiying acccount inactivity but this time I didnt receive any email notification and they didnt even inform me about account deletion I am very worried. I dont want to change my host as i love heliohost. Please help me.

Still cant receive my emails Any idea when this problem will be solved and will it be solved permanently? My emails are very important and these delays create a lot of problem. I need your suggestion.

I am facing this problem frequently and I dont receive my important emails for several hours daily. I dont know whether your server is down frequently or what but this delays all my work everyday. a. Heliohost username: rocktech b.Server: C. Domain:rocktechuae.com I received an email that my account has been suspended because of inactivity. I clicked on the link to activate it but it says "We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error." I tried logging in through cpanel but it says login attempt failed. My urgent emails are stuck. Kindly look into this matter asap. It will be a great great favour if you solve my problem immediately -Omair

hi, My username is rocktech and domain is rocktechuae.com. I received an email on Jan15 that my hosting account has been added to the creation queue but I still cant login to cpanel. All the features of heliohost seem so exciting and I am eager to check them out asap. Kindly tell me exactly how long it will take to be able to login to cpanel as I have to put up my website.
