I just tried on a Ipad I and I tired on my cell phone with the mobile network 5 different ips all give the same error

I do not think it is fixed Kproxy and a computer located in Europe but are getting the same error

I am still getting the error about 50% of the time now

2 days ago I installed and setup a Mybb fforum

When I click on this link http://musiccreators.heliohost.org/403.html#pid3 I get this link  and I get a

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request

I have edited the htaccess file and enabled seo links in the settings.  Nothing I have done works it must be something on the server htaccess might be disabled or safe links is turned on. 

I need help I am about 70% sure this error has has nothing to do with the Mybb files since I made the changes already it must a setting on the server needs to be disabled or turned on??

I had hosting like a year ago on the Johnny server it was loading dirt slow 90 seconds to 3 min.  I am back trying hosting again on the Johnny server again it is only like 20% to 25% better most of the time takes 30 to 45 seconds to load S M H.  Here some suggestion to speed the Johnny server there are to many accounts on the server you should never stuff the server with max # of accounts there should always be 3 to 5 open slots that are never filled.  Accounts need to be monitored more to see if  anybody is using to many resources.  Last maybe it is time to upgrade the Johnny server some I am not saying if the server has 24gb of ram do not jump to 96gb that would be nice maybe just increase to 48gb ram and a 2Gbit connection.  I get the feeling the other servers are only open 2 to 4 times a for new account and the Johnny server is a lower end crappy server.

So Johnny like is like 40% slower than the Ricky server??  When I singed up Johnny was the only server open for signups.

Yes it is loading just fine not earlier for like 2 hrs it was not loading at all.  Speed is still to slow to promote it yet. 

Now I am getting a database error server is not even loading?? please fix the problems with the sever can not doing anything with my site if it takes 3 to 5 mins to load.

In the last 40 min my site has not even loaded once.  With the server loading this slow I do not know if I will be able to get a backup and to move to another host.  I will backup and restore from the Wordpress admin to another Wordpress admin on another host. 

I will switch in a day or 2 when I find a decent alternative I would go with x10 but I am banned from there.  The sever here is just to slow might be time to ban a decent number of account for users to many resources.  If any of these server is hosting more than 35 account then it is time to get another dedicated server with 24gb ram.  Also might be time to close registrations for the next 3 to 6 weeks untill you can get everything sorted out. 

Why does the server load dirt slow most of the time it should not take 3 to 5 min to load my site most of the time.  Server will load just fine for 5 to 7 min then for 10 to 15 min it loads like 25x slower it does this over and over.  Could it be the server is hosting way to many sites and 3 or 4 sites are using 3 to 4 times more resources than it should be.  Why is up with the server load speed nobody is going to view my site if it is taking like 3 to 5 min to load it 65% to 70% of the time.

Update this server is slower than Slow 3 to 5 min load time 75% is pathetic to the 99999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999x
