According to it, it would quite easy to do by using SSH but I noticed it is forbidden on Heliohost right now. Do I have to ask the permission to it or Heliohost doesn't allow SSH for some reason? Hi Krydos, you can delete the UX folder for now, it would make enough space for me get hold of my account and delete some other stuff. I made a copy because I wanted to move the content on the root folder on this new folder called UX. Than I tested and saw there was no https://professorparticular.info/UX. So I decided to wait for the site to be chached and check later to see if it was in the right place. I didn't realize I went over my 1000 limit. There are some pdf files that I will delete. Just as we are at it, can you tell me which folder I should place it if I want to move this foder to be https://professorparticular.info/UX? Thanks

OK, things are looking almost good. I redirected the DNS from the domain site to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. It is supposed to load the folder /professorparticular.info with its index.html but it's not loading. Any clue?

my website is now redirected to gg.gg, which is a short address generator website. The original redirection was trying to force visitors to install a Rar document. Something like "ChromeUpdate.rar". Hense, I thought to delete all infos in my Plesk. I manually deleted all my files from Plesk but still I get this redirection. Do you think there is something to do with Cloudflare?
