My whmcs requires ioncube, so can u install it?

Hi, I am making a website for a school project, and I have already gotten a domain name. I was doing a bit of research, and heliohost seems like the best host out there, with a TON of features. However, still kinda thinking it might be too good to be true. Oh yeah, and don't just reply "get paid hosting". Not an option here.
