Hello i'm using the Tommy Server and wondering if there is something wrong with the servers. I keep getting a 

mysite.heliohost.org refused to connect.

Any idea what's going on?

Hello, for some reason i can't access my heliohost account from HelioHost.org to get into cpanel, i've already tried password reset but it keeps giving me an error. Please help.

Whenever i try to access my website i get this error: 

Warning: session_start(): open(/var/cpanel/php/sessions/ea-php56/sess_192c1crmesp137n6epmoo3sfp0, O_RDWR) failed: No space left on device (28) 

This is the error i get when trying to reset my password. 

Uh oh, there was an error changing your password. The admins have already been notified of the problem, but if you would like us to manually change your password for you please contact support. You could also try reseting your password again.

We'll move this for you as soon as we can I can't do it at the moment because we're working on getting a disk space issue fixed.

Johnny has been with us for many years now, but his uptime isn’t that great. So, I would recommend you choose a fastest server called Tommy. His uptime is better. And yes, you can make a donation, post your transaction ID here, and we will move your account, including your files over to Tommy.

Johnny has actually been faster than normal lately, so the slowness you're seeing is actually quite normal. He's usually worse than he currently is.

 

If you want something fast and reliable, you need to move to Tommy. You can donate as Luigi said above, or you can try to sign up for free. Hello i'm just wondering if there are any particular reasons as to why the Johnny server is a bit slow, i'm not trying to bash on the service, i'm just trying to figure out if it's something on my end that i need to fix , or if it's something out of my scope of optimizations. It seems like this past month Johnny servers have been very slow and takes ages for my page to load, sometimes it can be fast every now and then but goes back to being really slow on page load ups.  thank you!
