FTN

My site's been down since the 2nd Dec, unfortunately I've only had time to deal with it the last 2 weeks. Again I understand that this is a free service, but whatever you can do to help me get my site back up and running as fast a you can is greatly appreciated.

So I tried the 'index.html' problem to check if it had worked correctly and I'm being redirected to the ever so familiar "HelioHost Account Queued..." page (http://friendlytechninja.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi). I'm guessing something needs to be done on your end. Hopefully it's not a big deal to sort out. Cheers

Okay...does that mean I'm just to ignore the error message "Error from park wrapper: friendlytechninja.com is already configured." and that it isn't listed in my added domains? Assuming that nothing else is amiss I should in theory be able to drop an index.html file into the public_html/friendlytechninja.com/ directory and then when I go to friendlytechninja.com/index.html and I should be able to see that index.html page? If that is true...isn't not working for whatever reason. Like if you need wipe my account or something to sort anything out feel free too.

I own the domain friendlytechninja.com it used to point to the helio name server however seeing as I didn't think I was going to get a response I switched them back the the default. If you go to www.friendlytechninja.com it's points to a blogger hosted site with nothing on it...but I'm much prefer to host it here if I could get the domain all setup and working. So other than switching the nameserver back to the helio ones do I need to do anything to help fix the problem or is the rest on your end? (PS. Merry Christmas to those people the celebrate it)

I've waited ~48 hours. My domain still brings up the page about waiting 24 hrs, however if I look in my cpanel under addon domains, my site isn't listed. Is this normal or do I need to do something? I'm not sure how may days it's been, but I till can't add my domain. I know it's the holidays, but a quick response just to tell me what's going on would be helpful or when my problem will be fixed (again I don't expect much seeing as it's the holidays). Thanks.

My apologise, I though this was a common problem and didn't need much detail. When I try to add my domain using the Add-Domain feature in cPanel I get the following error: "Error from park wrapper: friendlytechninja.com is already configured."
