Hi, I have removed my old website and starting fresh on server Tommy, I know wordpress is not the best but I don't remember sites being this slow especially on tommy, are servers overloaded? It's rated slow by google at 2.5s and 5.2s of loading time with no content, just the fresh wordpress install

Does heliohost not support SOA records and NS records?

Hi, I was using a freedns subdomain using an A record and it was my main domain, but now I have reverted to a new domain that's pointed to Heliohost NS but Im still getting the /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi "Account Queued" page

PS: The new domain does show up in cpanel so it may not be that it just didn't propagate

I am trying to point a subdomain i got from freedns (example.uk.to) to my heliohost website (example.heliohost.org)

CNAME and NS records are disbaled so im left with A and AAAA records (and some others that i doubt are useful like MX and SPF)

Can anyone help with this issue?

it redirects me to the old domain (prisme.cf) which no longer points to your nameservers (?)

My domain was recently taken down (freenom.com is the worst ever. Never using their services again) and i was to revert to the domain that is first suggested (prisme.heliohost.org)

Edit i cant even make a backup from softaculous
