While accessing cpanel for account "pgn4web" (on stevie I believe) I get this error:
"This server is currently not licensed. Please contact the server administrator. Other services available on this server such as web services are likely functioning normally. (License has a future date)"

Thanks.
However it seems the account is still suspended, the site is not shown and I can't login into cpanel.
Also, I had tried cron jobs few days ago and I might have made some mistake, but there should not be any cron job anymore.

HelioHost username: pgn4web
server your account is on: stevie
your HelioHost main domain: pgn4web.heliohost.org
If I try to login to cpanel I get told that either my account is suspended or is victim of a brute force attack.
My website shows the account suspended page instead of my content.

Hello,
I'm user pgn4web, I believe on stevie.
Got a joomla error that apparently usually refers to the system running out of tmp space. Could you please check?
Full error:
If difficulties persist, please contact the System Administrator of this site and report the error below. 1030 Got error 28 from storage engine SQL=SELECT b.rules FROM joo_assets AS a LEFT JOIN joo_assets AS b ON b.lft <= a.lft AND b.rgt >= a.rgt WHERE (a.name = 'com_content') GROUP BY b.id, b.rules, b.lft ORDER BY b.lft

Thank you very much.
I made some changes and you should see less traffic going forward.

If I try entering my cpanel I get this message: HELIOHOST ACCOUNT QUEUED
The account was created long time ago and has been in constant use since then.
If I try accessing my website I get a "404 Not Found" message.
Please help!
a. your HelioHost username: pgn4web
b. the server your account is on: stevie (?)
c. your HelioHost main domain: pgn4web.heliohost.org
EDIT:
It's working now.

You shouldn't need to. I just tried it and it worked fine for me.
It's weird, it seems I can login with http://cpanel.heliohost.org only if access to port 2082 is available, if access to that port is blocked also the login from http://cpanel.heliohost.org fails, that sort of defeats the purpose of using a port 80 address.
I should have read the instructions first, shame on me.
The actual URL to use is: http://cpanel.yoursite.heliohost.org, for me then http://cpanel.pgn4web.heliohost.org that seems to work also when port 2082 is blocked.

ooooooooops... spoke too soon, it worked now, it seems my account is still in the process of being created....
hello,
just created my account pgn4web and I'm able to login to the control panel using
http://pgn4web.heliohost.org/cpanel
Fantastic!
However, the URL above redirects to a non standard port
http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082
Somewhere on the forum I read about the option to login on port 80 using
I tried that, but my userid/password was rejected.
Do I need to do anything special to use the login page on port 80?
Thanks!
