Thank you. Yes, I'd be really curious to know what'd cause that. The main site that anybody knows about is by login only, which less than 10 people have, so how it would be traffic, I can't imagine. Thanks again

Oy, oh now, not working again. I don't know, but it seems related to something I'm doing on the site, because the problem has reoccured twice now, each time after doing the same thing, which is to try to restore my website from a backup with a backup/restore tool in Wordpress. Each time it has failed, which has motivated me to just wipe the site clean and restore from the backup to a new site. But when I go to do this I get the following message when I click on the Softaculous link: Internal Server Error500 No response from subprocess (cpanel (cpanel)): The subprocess reported error number 72,057,594,037,927,935 when it ended. The process dumped a core file.cpsrvd Server at tommy.heliohost.org

I get a 500 internal server error when I try to access Softaculous from my cpanel. Should this be working? Thanks

Ah, I see. I thought these were the same product but for different dates. I wouldn't know how to do that, but found a good enough backup to use. Thanks for help.

If I log in with my old username and go to the download link I get a sql file. Any advice about what I should do with this? It's only 215kb, so I don't know how much or what I can restore with that.

I had three sites on Tommy before it went down. I have backups for two of them, but not the third. Any suggestions for how I can get the data over to my new account? Thank you.

Thanks for the news about Tommy. I see that I can't just log back into the account that had Tommy on it. Should we do something so that I can do that or should I ask that you transfer my new login, which is on Ricky, to Tommy? Thanks.

Hi, I was on Tommy (up yet?), you guys gave me a Ricky account a week ago (thank you), added my domain and installed wordpress on it, and since then I get this message when I go to my domain: <<Ahoy! You're seeing this page because HelioHost has not gotten about to installing and configuring your account yet. This process usually takes 24 hours, and once it is complete your website should show up properly. While the account is being created we suggest taking a look at your control panel.>> Please advise. I think I need the same. Was on Tommy and have a Ricky account now I'd like to get my sites up on while waiting for Tommy to be back up. (I will be able to transfer everything back over to Tommy afterwards, right?). Anyway, I get this message when I try to addon my domain to Ricky: (XID d8bk37) A DNS entry for “floydandco.co” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed. Please advise. Thank you.
