It's been 3-4 days and I'm still getting this message. I've tried every possible combination of the login information I wrote down. I created an account here about a week ago and got the same thing.
I have two thoughts on this:
1. The system doesn't like my email addy (it's a ~cinci.rr.com ) Because when I tried to reset the password, no e-mail has been forthcoming. When I signed up for the forums here, it made me use a different email addy. (I've checked them both along with their spam folders for an email from helionet, but none.)
2. I am using Firefox 3.6.
