  1. Your nameservers aren't showing up. Once your nameservers are set correctly this link https://dnschecker.org/#NS/tanwirulilmi.us.to will show ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org on every line. Contact your domain registrar to find out how to set your nameservers.

    I make a proof of concept about your statement. I register on other hosting service, and I enter my domain from the same registar with this, and everything is ok. I assume, if the problem is not in the registar, I think it is in this server. This is the link : http://tanwir.us.to

    When I enter it, it says to wait it maximal for 76 hours. So I check on  DNS Checker, there is error when in waiting time, but after waiting time, it is fine in every line like you say

  2. I've contact the registar, he replies this

    I see the following:

    $ dnstracer -s . -t 2 -4 abduh.us.to
    Tracing to abduh.us.to[a] via A.ROOT-SERVERS.NET, maximum of 3 retries
    A.ROOT-SERVERS.NET [.] (198.41.0.4)
     |     |\___ NS1.AFRAID.ORG [us.to] (50.23.197.94)
     |     |      \___ ns1.heliohost.org [abduh.us.to] (65.19.143.3) (cached)
     |     |      \___ ns1.heliohost.org [abduh.us.to] (2001:0470:0001:01ee:0000:0000:0000:1002) Not queried

    This does appear to match the configuration in your account.

    Are you still having trouble?

  3. Hello, I have problem  when I add domain alias for my website

    here the error said:

    Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.

    here was an error when the system attempted to create the alias. Park::park failed: (XID daywmj) Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.

    What that is mean?
