  1. Hello,

    Suspended: cprn

    Server: Tommy.

    Domain: lue.heliohost.org

I went to work a bit on our website and got redirected here:

    https://test.lue.heliohost.org/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi

Can you please tell me if I got suspended for something else than inactivity? If I broke any rules I have no idea which or how to fix it.

P.s. sorry for bad subject, in haste I misunderstood the instructions.

  2. I was trying to remove all self-signed certificates to get the ones from AutoSSL and went too far. All my .well-known/pki-validation/ directories are empty. I know they should contain Domain Validation Codes (DVCs) for all my domains but, well, they are gone.

    1. should DVC be in content of those missing .txt files or is that in the file name?
    2. if it's the latter, is it enough to recreate empty files with the same names?

  3. Hi,

    I'm on Tommy.

In order to get AutoSSL on my domains (especially https://lue.heliohost.org/) I removed all other certificates but it didn't "kick in" for over a week now.

I'm afraid I went too far with the "removing" part of the process and server seems to serve a zikzak.cf certificate now - no idea what it is, not my domain:

    https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=lue.heliohost.org

Can I please, have an AutoSSL log so I could see what's missing?

    Cheers!

    Cy

  4. The whole database? Yeah, that's what I ended up doing.

The problem is I don't really want to just drop data when this issue repeats itself on production and it might whenever I decide do change a table structure in future updates. Would much prefer to alter the schema instead but I couldn't. I couldn't touch a table created by `cprn_admin` when logged into phpPgAdmin as `cprn`. I thought `cprn` would be a root user of my database? Am I doing something wrong? Am I not supposed to create a dedicated user for the app?

  5. Hi, complete db administration newbie here.

I created a postgres db "cprn_luetest", created user "cprn_admin", added user to db, synced grants, set this user/pass in app.

App created a table "user" with owner "cprn_admin" but now I need to remove it so it could be recreated with updated schema.

The problem is I cannot remove this table from phpPgAdmin because it logs me in as "cprn" and refuses to execute DROP saying:

    SQL error:
ERROR:  must be owner of relation user
    In statement:
    DROP TABLE "public"."user"

In table level privileges I only see default grants:

    Role CREATE  USAGE  Grantor
    postgres  Yes     Yes    postgres
              Yes     Yes    postgres

In public privileges I tried to add something useful but it didn't help:

    Role CREATE  TEMPORARY  CONNECT  Grantor
                    No      Yes        Yes      cprn_luetest
    cprn_luetest    Yes*    Yes*       Yes*     cprn_luetest
    cprn_admin      Yes     Yes        Yes      cprn_luetest
    cprn            Yes*    Yes*       Yes*     cprn_luetest

What do I need to add and how to get god-like powers and be able to destroy everything (literally) in my db from phpPgAdmin?

  6. Hello,

First of all, great job, HelioHost is a lovely service! Second, since I'm having trouble trying to load Flask-OpenID as a local script in my project, can you please install it globally? It's a small python module generating OpenID URLs and handling the nonce stuff. Should be just:

    $ pip install Flask-OpenID

I'm on Tommy, python 3.6.3. As far as I can tell all the other modules I would ever need are already installed.

Cheers and have a nice day. :)

  7. Hi, I'd please want to move my account from Ricky to Tommy (because of python version). There's no hurry and I don't care for files - it's only a flask example there for a moment - so feel free to test any move scripts you have, if something's lost it's not a big deal. I'd like to keep my username and domain, though, if possible:

    Username: cprn
    Main Domain: lue.heliohost.org
    Donation ID: 4PG25960KE5679946 (PayPal)
  8. Hi. What do I have to do to run Flask with Python3 on Ricky? I followed the "little tutorial" but it seems to be using Python 2.7.5: example (this example will stop working in the future)

I searched the forums before registration to make sure it's possible and found this:

Python 3.6.1 is installed on Ricky at

    /usr/bin/python3.6

Flask is installed. You should be able to follow this little tutorial http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/27822-how-do-i-use-flask-on-johnny/?p=128919 to get a flask webapp that looks like this https://krydos1.heliohost.org/flask/ [...]
