  1. I never said CF was just for security, i know what it does But your explanation as to why you can't white-list them clears things up for me. Thank you for all your help.
  2. Okay thank you. Out of interest, why aren't the CF IP's on the ignore list? Considering CFs primary purpose is security, surely you have nothing to worry about? CFs own security will handle these kinds of issues
  3. Ah okay, How will I know if this happens again though? Say the USA got blocked, i'd lose a large amount of potential visitors and I wouldn't even know that it had been blocked? As i'm in the UK and it was the UK which was blocked, i noticed. But for anywhere else, i'd never know and it would surely stay like that indefinitely?
  4. That's great, working now! Would you be able to tell me when the blocks were active from, so I can get some idea of why they happened? I had an issue a while back with the mail server which was resolved. If th blocks were from this then thats fine as all is now resolved, otherwise something else must be happening which i need to look into. Thanks!
  5. I've tried multiple devices on multiple networks and the cloudflare link still wont work for me... :/ I've even asked other people to take a look and it's not working for them either
  6. My website is returning Error 502 for specific files. After reading Cloudflare support, it appears that Tommy is sending cloudflare invalid data for these files. My (non-Cloudflare) site still works fine. Non-Cloudflare (Working) - https://callumpilton.tech/img/tv_on_desk2.svg Cloudflare (Not Working) - https://callumpilton.co.uk/img/tv_on_desk2.svg
  7. Still can't seem to get on --he says 3 seconds before it starts working again... Thanks again.
  8. Looks like my IP got blocked again the second i turned back on my mail clients. I've deleted the old mail account from Tommy and created a new one. Hopefully this should now work okay? If so can you unlock me again please!
  9. Yeah just seen it in there. Thank you very much for your help!
  10. Thanks, I've stopped my mail clients. Still getting the same issue with the domain: (XID 6zsrjv) The domain “callumpilton.co.uk” already exists in the Apache configuration.
  11. Getting some really weird behaviour now... Cannot access the website, or Tommy from my WiFi/LAN. As soon as I switch to another network (eg. 4G), everything loads fine. It's like i've been IP blocked?
  12. I take it back... the mail-server isn't working anymore... just the domain. 550 The mail server could not deliver mail to callum@callumpilton.co.uk. The account or domain may not exist, they may be blacklisted, or missing the proper dns entries.
  13. Eek! Both the URL and mail-server are working fine - still getting emails through so it's really odd. Absolutely nothing appearing in cPanel relating to that domain though.
  14. callumpilton.co.uk The domain is working if you go to the URL. But is not visible at all in cPanel so i can't edit/change anything.
  15. I can't re-add a domain after it was deleted. I'm getting the following error: (XID rpy658) The domain “website-address” already exists in the Apache configuration.
