ok thanks for the reply, I tried today to put your dns and not worked. I entered into contact with the entity of record my domain to see if the problem is there, but had not yet returned.

Why when I include the host in my domain : master - ns1.helionet.org and secondary - ns2.heliohost.org, It presented the message - unknown domain?
