What should the IP be pointed to for DNS A record?

I have just registered a co.cc domain (wstwong.co.cc) and I have just registered a heliohost hosting account (username wstwong). When I register, I fill in wstwong.co.cc as the domain name. My problem is how can I go to the site wstwong.co.cc? I have tried this setting in co.cc: Service Type : Name server (DNS) Name server : ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org But, I have waited quite a long time. What can I do? Thanks in advance.
