Hi, I am getting the below error when trying to access Java related pages (Servlet or JSP). Site Base URL / Domain -> http://prat87.heliohost.org/ Service UnavailableThe server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later. Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. I am getting this error since yesterday only. I tried to deploy my WAR file but still getting this error. Even for plain standalone JSP page I am getting error. Please can you check this. Can I access tomcat logs? Thanks

I have take the necessary backups from ttenthu. Please re-enable prat87 account. After this is done, can I delete my brother's account, ttenthu, myself or will you suspend it. Please advise. Also please don't interpret we had create two separate accounts for gaining storage advantage. Its just to keep our assignments separate. Thanks for your efforts. Prat

Hi, Firstly this is my brother's account and these were raised as two separate requests. These are two independent accounts. We have been using these accounts for over an year, at least. Still if you want us to choose between only one account no worries I will choose prat87. Please atleast provide backup of data for both the accounts. We both had separate mysql and databases created, separate file storage and applications. I respect your server space, please respect our data.

Hi Team, The java privileges from my account were removed. I had access till yesterday (29/12/2019) and also deployed a WAR file, But today when I logged in and went to the java page, its saying request access. I have faced this problem in past also. Although the inactive login for heliohost is 30 days, this varies greatly for Java. Please confirm what is the duration and criteria for revoking java access. As you would know once the Java access is removed, re gaining it takes a lot of time (even upto 3 months in past). Please clarify my doubts. Thanks. Regards, Prat

Hi, When I try to login I am getting the error "Your account has been archived due to inactivity." Username: prat8789 Server: Johnny Domain Name: prat87 Also please note that I did not get any email warning me of inactivity as I used to get in past. Last few weeks when I try to login I get error server is under maintenance for update. Today I am getting this error. Regards, Prat
