  1. Domain name: https://stasi.heliohost.org/ Username: stasi2 Server: Tommy Today I received two emails ostensibly from HelioHost, one (from support@heliohost.org) about the updated terms of use, and another (from noreply.invitations@trustpilotmail.com) thanking me for a recent purchase from HelioHost and asking me to rate it. Interestingly, it addressed me by my first name, which it could have just grabbed from my email, but which I don't know is otherwise associated with my HelioHost account. I don't recall making a 'purchase' from HelioHost short of a $5 donation I made in 2021 to move my website to Tommy. As a result, I just wanted to reach out to ask if this was sent in error, or elsewise why it was sent, or if it's some sort of scam or phishing attempt (in which case I figured you ought to know about it anyway!). A copy of the email is attached. Thanks for your time, and sorry for any trouble or inconvenience.
  2. Domain name: https://stasi.heliohost.org/ Username: stasi2 Server: tommy2 Since sometime earlier today, my site has been returning HTTP 500 Internal Server Error, and returning the following in the error log:— [Thu Mar 14 05:22:24.339293 2024] [fcgid:warn] [pid -----:tid ---------------] (104)Connection reset by peer: [client ---.---.---.---:-----] mod_fcgid: error reading data from FastCGI server [Thu Mar 14 05:22:24.339375 2024] [core:error] [pid -----:tid ---------------] [client ---.---.---.---:-----] End of script output before headers: index.php I was able to access my site fine earlier today, and first noticed this error about an hour ago, though I don't know exactly when it started. I'm sorry to bother you with this issue, since I don't see any other reports about it, but since no changes were made to my site on my end in the time between it working and not, I'm inclined to believe the problem might be somewhere on your end. Please let me know if there's anything else I can do or with which I can provide you.

    Eddie Server Hacked

Thanks for the head's up, and for your work getting things back online. Is there any information about potential security issues (credential leaks, etc.) for those with affected accounts?
  5. Thanks for the update, Unknown025! I was just posting myself to note that it's suddenly back to normal. Given that, I don't know it needs to be escalated, though if this is unexpected behavior from your end, it might be something to look into regardless. Thanks again, and my apologies for the inconvenience.
  6. Hi! After the move to Plesk, everything on my site was working perfectly for some time. Today, however, my homepage is displaying the default Plesk homepage rather than my site's. All the files in my public_html/www folder still seem perfectly in-tact; the server is just suddenly treating them like they're not there. Nothing's explicitly changed on my end in the past 24 hours or so since it was working as expected. Am I missing something obvious? If there's any additional information I can provide, please let me know. Thanks for your time!
  7. Thanks! I forgot to ask in my original post, but it sounded in the email as though there was an offer to double the storage limit as well with a suitable donation, and it doesn't look like this has been done, though I might have misunderstood. It's not like I'm anywhere near the limit anyway, so I'm not concerned about it, but I figured it was worth bringing up just in case. Sorry for the trouble, and thanks again!
