Yes, it always depends on the severity. I mean, imagine if an illegal Mexican alien raped a young girl who got good marks at school and was really nice, and then killed her? That is just not justifiable. How can you allow the criminal to go free after such an incident?! I mean, death itself is the least the criminal would deserve, no, not the least, it is less than what the criminal deserves. If it were up to me to decide, the criminal would have the bones in his hands crushed, as with the arms. And then his penis burned off, his testicles crushed and ripped off. Then the legs run over with a car. And the neck twisted around until it was broken. And the mouth punched until the teeth were knocked out and the tongue bitten off by the criminal himself. Then impaled vertically with a blunt wooden stake. Anyone with a conscience would justify that for such a crime.

Criminals should not be put to death, and they should NEVER be tortured under any circumstances. Well, if you were beaten and then killed. You would just want your murderer to be set free? Then they will never realize the true crime they have committed and they may go off to kill more people. Not that I have qualms about you being killed.

Well, I wouldn't exactly call that terrorism, as the North Koreans are fighting for a cause. Not that I support their cause. But anyway, I think the United States should deal with that, it may be a real threat. But I expect they are reluctant to do so after the Iraq situation started. But I think the real evil ones are the ones who keep on criticizing our government for going to Iraq. Because that may be the reason why the government is not looking into the North Korean situation, because they are afraid they will be criticized further. But I'll be glad to see the people who criticize the Bush Administration die if North Korea really does have nuclear weapons. It would sure teach them a lesson.

But typically, if the cadaver gives permission, then his/her organs should be given to those in need. It would actually be respecting the person's wishes. Not at all disrespectful.

yep, thats exactly how it works. 1 guard at office entrance (smaller) and 1 teacher and 1 guard at Bus Entrance way. (more people) I usuially just go arround some other way. im also kinda short and hide myself amongst tall people. id be sad is they took my digital camera, cd player, mp3 player, NDS, and PSP. yeah... i get bored at school. but thats over just about... $600 worth of stuff. and they are aloowed to take it!

lol, my brother would agree with you. He thinks that bad words should be allowed. And so what if the babies learn bad words? They will eventually learn them anyway. I mean, it is the same with those MPAA movie ratings, more than 99% of the people who can understand the dialogue in the movies already know the swear words anyway.

a student at my school, a "good guy" got searcxhed 3 times in one week, all they took was his pak of gum on the 3rd time. what the hell kinda random search is that??? and theres only 2 officers and 1 teacher doing the search, and all 3 differnet ones pulled him for search!

Yes, just because you choose to use the airline as a form of transportation doesn't mean you should have your privacy rights stripped of you. The majority of airline passengers should be given privacy rights to some extent.

Well, the schools can use metal detectors then. I mean, if they are suspected of having firearms, then they can be searched, as in an airport. But other than that, they should have good privacy.
