Hello. I tried to create an addon domain on my account and it didn't go well yet the folder was created in public_html but the addon domain does not appear in the list of addon domains. I tried adding it again and it threw an error ( (XID 3wanae) A DNS entry for “resourceplusnetwork.com” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed.) I then tried to delete all DNS entries for the addon domain resourceplusnetwork.com yet I cannot recreate the addon domain. It seems it has to be deleted from WHM. Please can you assist me to delete any addon domain or DNS entry for resourceplusnetwork.com from my account. Thanks.
