The server is now sorted, however I cannot enter cPanel from tommy.heliohost.org:2083. Chrome says "This site can't be reached". Have I been banned or is it just down?

I'm changing domain name and as such I'd like to start with a fresh account.A second donation of $1 would be much appreciated (and the invite comes instantly now if you donate by credit card), but if you really don't want to, PM me your email address after deleting and I'll resend the invite.
What's the reason you want to do this anyway?
I've been here 6 years and have never had a good reason to do this. The easiest solution has always been to uninstall any softactulous software, delete the contents of public_html (not the folder itself though, leave the empty folder), delete any backups/softaculous data in your home folder, delete the contents of ~/tmp, drop your databases and users, and remove all of your domains. If you used the CloudFlare plugin, be sure to turn that off before starting. That should get you an empty hosting account that's pretty close to stock.

mail.abdu.io doesn't have an ssl certificate installed https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=mail.abdu.io See how it says nossl.heliohost.org? Go to https://mail.abdu.io/ and approve the incorrect certificate and there are instructions on how to install an ssl certificate.

Ok, I disabled cloudflare for mail.abdu.io but now if I use SSL I get the error "Certificate subject and hostname mismatch" because it detects Tommy's SSL certificate and not mine (I have the cloudflare SSL certificate installed through cPanel though). Any ideas?It could be that you don't have reverse dns set up on your domain. Some email servers, most notably AOL, refuse all email from any domains that don't have a valid ptr record. It could also be that the inbox that you're sending to has a filter that any address that isn't in their contact list gets sent to spam.
Since you use cloudflare you won't be able to use mail.abdu.io because cloudflare isn't proxying your mail connections correctly. You can either change the cloudflare settings or just use tommy.heliohost.org as your smtp/imap domain.
By the way, it also happens if I use Tommy.heliohost.org as the server.

Hi, I run the test. Result: https://www.mail-tester.com/web-k0iru I still keep receiving the emails in the spam folder though.Here's an absolutely amazing free tool I found while trying to figure out why official Heliohost emails were ending up in spam boxes so often: https://www.mail-tester.com/ They only allow 4 free tests per day though so use them wisely. I've actually been in contact with them for the purpose of making their tool even more accurate, and they thanked me for my changes. Haha.
If the tool reports any problems let us know and we can help walk you through getting them fixed.
Also, I was trying to set up the email on my phone, but if I put mail.abdu.io as the server it says "cannot open connection to server" (I'm using Gmail). Any suggestions?

Have you tried clearing the cache of your browser? Also, can you post the link to your website so I can see if it works for me.

Hi, I've configured an email address using cPanel, however when I sent an email to my three different email addresses (gmail, outlook and school) the email has been marked as spam in Gmail and Outlook (not school however). I'm on Tommy.
Is there anything I can do?
DKIM and SPF are enabled.

I merged the old iAbdullah account into the abdu1 account. I then renamed abdu1 to iAbdullah.

(XID 6bzkn2) The system cannot accept abdu. as a domain name (domain name must have a valid TLD label).
Did you mean to put abdu.heliohost.org or abdu.com or something?I would like to use abdu.io as domain name

You can't use the username abdu because it already exists on the forum. You're posting from the username abdu. I have renamed your forum account so the username abdu is available again.
There is no hosting account in the system that uses the email iAbdullah@live.it or abdullahibneat@gmail.com. I have resent the invitation to iAbdullah@live.it

EDIT: I just reloaded this page (https://www.heliohost.org/status/) and it says there is no account with username abdu? But I just registered.

What is the transaction ID?
I received the email from support, but now if I try to register with the username "abdu" it says it's unavailable. Could it be because I did use it with my previous Johnny account?
EDIT: The link has now expired? I tried to create an account, I then clicked the Tommy Invitation link and it says "Invalid code". Can you cancel any account associated with my email iAbdullah@live.it? I also used previously the email abdullahibneat@gmail.com for a johnny server, if you could cancel everything related to that too.

No you won't. Theyre all sent manually. There's only one person who can send them, and he's on vacation last I heard.
He should be back in a day or so.
I'll wait another day then. Thanks for the support! Other (free) hosting providers don't usually offer this type of support .

Hi, I'm trying to reach you via email, but whenever I send you an email I keep receiving a blank email as a response. So, I donated via PayPal (10 april @ 15:14 PST, I prefer not to post the receipt no. publicly) and I did register an account, but I later cancelled that account as I misspelled the username. I would like now to register again with Tommy but with this email instead. Is it possible?
