i dont get it.. ive been trying for days now and at different times and every time I am getting this error: We're sorry, but the daily signup limit has been exceeded. Please try again tommorow. are registrations closed? can any admin plz get me in

This is what I got after I went through the sign up process: So for me this is early in the morning.. You guys are obviously in a very different timezone.. which? just trying to find out the when the next day starts for the server so that I can register early and without any problems.
