Unfortunately, when I click the link, I receive the following error: Link: http://backup.heliohost.org/stevie/_tX4I9F2KGvID0e/gowenrf.tar.gz Error in browser: Not FoundThe requested URL /stevie/_tX4I9F2KGvID0e/gowenrf.tar.gz was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I would appreciate some more help on this. I still haven't received any e-mail to retrieve my Stevie backup. I've tested that my gowen@sbcglobal.net account can successfully receive e-mail several times. I've checked spam folders, deleted items folders and all other folders to no avail. I used the link a while ago to have another link sent to me for username=gowenrf e-mail=gowen@sbcglobal.net. Can you check to see if that e-mail was sent? Thank you.

Thanks. I was encouraged to have the account edited for re-use so I could create an account with the same name on Tommy. I appreciate you replying. I know which sbcglobal account to use. I've submitted the backup request form using gowenrf and gowen@sbcglobal.net and the form has stated "I just sent the link to download your backup to gowen@sbcglobal.net." But it's been an hour or so and I haven't received the link. Does it normally take a long time for the e-mail to be sent and received? Thanks,Kent

I attempted to use the link to recover my backup from Stevie but the response was that no backup could be found for username "gowenrf" and any email address I entered (kent.towns@ttu.edu or kent.towns@live.com). Can someone check to see if a backup is available for username "gowenrf" under a different e-mail address? Thank you. Kent Towns

If Stevie is recovered, how will I reassociate the gowenrf account with the server content on Stevie? Also, I'm having trouble getting on Tommy. When I come to establish the Tommy account, it's closed. Any tips on getting my old account reestablished on Tommy before it closes each time? Thanks

Thank you for your quick response. Can I create an account on one of the other servers using the same username (gowenrf)? I thought the account was shared across the various heliohost resources. I believe the username becomes part of the web content's URL and I'd like to keep that the same. Our URL is gowenrf.heliohost.org.

I administer a geneology web site for the Gowen Research Foundation. We've used the heliohost system for years to host our family content. Within the last 60 days I've become unable to log into the account. Username is gowenrf After attempting to log in using the classic web interface, the browser reports an HTTP time-out ("stevie.heliohost.org took too long to respond", see attached screen shot stevie-timeout.jpg). Behavior is the same whether I use Chrome or IE11. After attempting to log in using the new web interface, the browser simply reports an "Invalid Login". I did recently change the account password from a rather weak password to a very strong password (utilizing LastPass now). But I have tried both the old and new passwords, and neither produces a successful login. In addition to my currently active e-mail address, kent.towns@live.com, it's possible that your records could show other e-mail addresses associated with the gowenrf account. Such as gowenrf@sbcglobal.net, gowen@sbcglobal.net, kent.towns@ttu.edu, kenttowns@yahoo.com, or kent.towns@gmail.com.
