Okay, I killed bihourly.php on Johnny. Hopefully the log will start clearing up now.

Hey guys... make sure to send the payments to admin@heliohost.org from now on. I'm trying to separate HelioHost and my personal finances to make it easier to get non-profit certifications.
lisanet: okay, I've granted you a dedicated IP address. It should become active in the next 24 hours.

Awesome! Did it just work after I set the password?
-
Awesome! Looks cool.

Okay, this issue should be corrected now. Please note that we haven't noticed logins over the last couple days, so you might want to log in again soon to make sure we don't suspend your account for inactivity!

Looks like this was caused by the cPanel folks who were fixing the issue with the missing icons in cPanel. Should be okay now...
Thanks for investigating, byron!

Yeah... for a while when we had less support admins, I would ask a couple "are you really sure?" questions before bothering to change anyone's domain. I don't see the point either, but some users are quite adamant about it.

Likely enough...
If I recall correctly, I think that you were running a cronjob that was taking a whole lot of CPU time.

... in what context? I'm not sure what that error is.

Are you confirming that the issue is still occurring?
-
Hmm? Is there a decision that I need to be making?

Okay, I reset the password. I did not click "Install Config", as we aren't installing for the first time.

Okay, this issue should be resolved.

Make sure you check with byron before committing any changes to his script

You're welcome

No problem, glad it's working

Yeah, looks like the cPanel folks resolved it. Glad it's working! Closing thread due to resolution...

I think those settings are set correctly already. HTTP authentication is definitely enabled, but I can't seem to get the auth dialog to pop up...
Would it be possible for byron to change his script to work with the newer version of cPanel?
-
Okay, I've changed your IP. Can you see your website now?
-
Thanks for the update. I've generated new self-signed certs.

[Solved] Can't install JSON:XS module for Perl

We likely have an old install of PHPPgAdmin. However, it'll be really difficult to install a new version, as it will likely be overriden at each cPanel update. Probably easier for each user to install a local copy of the software for their own administration
