You can check page generation time at the bottom of your screen... this should be the same regardless of connection. Mine is just 0.0885 sec, which is really good... EDIT The problem that made it slow was that CSS wasn't in a cachable file. I've fixed that, should be much faster.

I've updated everything a little. We've found a store for IPB 2.1, so we'll be upgrading to that. However, the new cPanel skin might not happen, because the company that made the skin seems to have went out of business or something of the such (the owner isn't responding).
