  1. Ah, I think Geoff's version is the way to go. Wizard: Yeah, it's in the repos, but I'd rather not install something I don't have to do.
  2. I think it would be too dangerous... though maybe not. Do you think it makes sense?
  3. I think that may be a bug in your code. Read up the following websites and try their fixes: http://wiki.apache.org/tomcat/FAQ/Memory http://wiki.apache.org/tomcat/OutOfMemory
  4. Sounds great! Glad the problem was solved.
  5. Unfortunately, PostgreSQL does not have an easy way to individually enable remote access. The IP access control list is in the main config file, and cPanel doesn't have a utility to manage that list.
  6. I don't seem to have the NTP package installed. Is there no way to sync the system clock without that package? I'm wondering what cPanel uses to sync the clock...
  7. Perhaps try again? I don't see any zone records for "harish.heliohost.org".
  8. I don't think so. Their "Plan Free" lists only FTP, but their "Plan Easy" (ie. not free) offers both FTP and SSH.
  9. Okay, is it all working now?
  10. Sounds great! Glad everything worked out
  11. I got this email about thirty minutes ago:
  12. Hmm? Is it working or not?
  13. Well in that case we already have a zone file for you. Here it is: ; cPanel 11.28.87-RELEASE_51188 ; Zone file for ngs.is $TTL 14400 @ 86400 IN SOA ns1.heliohost.org. ashoat.gmail.com. 14. Right now I'm updating using the WHM GUI, since I'm not sure of the Linux command to resync the system clock. Do you know what it is?
  15. The problem was that imapd was spinning off too many processes, and we only allot each user a maximum of 7 simultaneous processes. I killed your imapd processes and your site seems to load fine now.
  16. Yeah, I'm seeing the same as Geoff. Could you try clearing your cache? If that doesn't help, please point us to a URL that is giving the 500 error.
  17. Okay, I've installed the requested module system-wide. Also, I think that the module list is working now.
  18. Okay, done. Not sure why Stevie's system clock is so faulty...
  19. Just add that domain as a parked/add-on domain and a zone file will be created.
  20. Okay, how about now?
  21. Out of curiosity, who else offers free SSH access?
  22. No problem!
  23. persefon: If you need it too, let me know what database you want it configured on.
  24. Is it working now?
