Password reset not working

Hi,

 

For some reason, I am unable to log into my cPanel as my password isn't working. I tried resetting my password but I am not receiving any email. I received an email for account inactivity but that was only 5 days ago. I click on the renew link and it says that my account is either inactive or deleted. But I had my account active the previous week. Any help on this?
