[SOLVED] Lost password

Hello,

I have one problem: I can't login into my Cpanel ("We're sorry, but we could not find that username in the database.") And my site http://maksimov.tk doesn't work! On site I have this message:

"Ahoy! You're seeing this page because HelioHost has not gotten about to installing and configuring your account yet. This process usually takes 24 hours, and once it is complete your website should show up properly. While the account is being created we suggest taking a look at your control panel. "

why?

addon domain: maksimov.tk

general domain: tux.int.ru (expired)

server: stevie

When was the last time you logged in to your cpanel ? Your account might have expired

Sorry, but I can find no matching account in the database. It might have got deleted for inactivity; sorry.

 

Feel free to create a new account. I hope you made a backup like we suggest.
