itilv3 Posted July 31, 2011 Share Posted July 31, 2011 Hi, I am new to HelioHost. My site works OK, then UK AM time today and yesterday, it will not load. I think the server is Stevie. Does the server go down for back-up at these times? or is there a setting that I need to configure. Please help. Yesterday, it came back up fine. ftp and cpanel work OK. Can anyone help?
